신호등(SignalLight)(이하 "개발자")은 Android 앱 「Train Run: Rail Rush」(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 이 앱에만 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 이름, 전화번호, 주소 등을 묻지 않습니다. 기능별로 다음 정보를 처리합니다.

• 랭킹 (모든 이용자): 앱을 처음 실행하면 이름 없는 익명 계정 식별자(사용자 ID)가 만들어집니다. 서바이벌·오늘의 도전 판이 끝나면 점수, 지나간 역·레일 수, 플레이 시간, 기차 꾸미기, 앱 버전, 언어와 함께 닉네임(자동으로 붙는 이름 또는 이용자가 정한 이름)을 랭킹 서버에 보냅니다. 닉네임과 점수는 랭킹 화면에서 다른 이용자에게 보입니다.
• Google 계정 연동 (선택): 이용자가 직접 연동한 경우에만 Google 계정 이메일 주소와 게임 진행(코인, 보유·장착한 꾸미기, 기록과 통계, 업적, 기관사 교육 진행, 출석)을 클라우드에 저장합니다. 다른 기기에서 이어서 하기 위한 것입니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

설정(소리·진동·그래픽·글꼴·언어 등)은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 계정을 연동하지 않은 이용자의 게임 진행도 기기 안에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 저장 위치와 보관 기간

• 저장 위치: Google Firebase (서울 리전). 모든 전송은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.
• 랭킹 기록과 닉네임, 연동한 계정의 이메일과 게임 진행은 이용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
• 앱이 정품인지 확인하기 위해 Firebase App Check(Google Play Integrity)를 사용합니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 보여줍니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google이 Android 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보, 광고 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 광고 정책(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)을 참고하세요.

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 맞춤 광고 사용 전에 동의를 요청하며, 앱의 설정에서 언제든 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다.

광고 ID는 휴대전화 설정(Google > 광고)에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 보상형 광고

이용자가 직접 선택한 경우에만 보상형 광고(예: 이어하기, 코인 2배, 닉네임 변경)를 보여줍니다.

6. 권한

• 인터넷: 광고, 랭킹, 계정 연동과 클라우드 저장에 사용합니다.
• 진동: 게임 효과에 사용하며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

7. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개발자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 정보의 저장과 처리는 Google(Firebase)에, 광고 표시는 Google(AdMob)에 맡깁니다.

8. 아동

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 계정 삭제

이용자는 언제든 계정과 저장된 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 바로 삭제되며, 앱을 쓸 수 없으면 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 방법은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

11. 방침의 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

SignalLight ("the developer") respects the privacy of users of the Android app "Train Run: Rail Rush" ("the app"). This policy applies only to this app.

1. Information we collect

The app does not ask for your name, phone number, or address. It processes the following, depending on the feature.

• Leaderboards (all users): on first launch, an anonymous account identifier (user ID) is created. When a Survival or Daily Challenge run ends, the app sends your score, stations and rails passed, play time, train cosmetics, app version, language, and nickname (an automatic name or one you choose) to the leaderboard server. Nicknames and scores are visible to other users on the leaderboard.
• Google account linking (optional): only if you choose to link a Google account, your Google email address and game progress (coins, owned and equipped cosmetics, records and stats, achievements, training progress, check-ins) are saved to the cloud so you can continue on other devices.

2. Data stored only on your device

Settings (sound, vibration, graphics, font, language, etc.) are stored only on your device. If you do not link an account, your game progress also stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Storage and retention

• Storage: Google Firebase (Seoul region). All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Leaderboard records and nicknames, and the email and game progress of linked accounts, are kept until you delete your account.
• The app uses Firebase App Check (Google Play Integrity) to verify that it is genuine.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may process your Android advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data. See Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time in the app's settings.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Google > Ads).

5. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads (for example, continuing a run, doubling coins, or changing your nickname) are shown only when you choose to watch them.

6. Permissions

• Internet: used for ads, leaderboards, account linking, and cloud save.
• Vibration: used for game effects; you can turn it off in settings.

7. Sharing with third parties

The developer does not sell or share your information with third parties. Storage and processing are handled by Google (Firebase), and ads by Google (AdMob).

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

9. Your rights and account deletion

You can delete your account and stored data at any time. In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. If you cannot use the app, email us below. See Account deletion for details.
