계정과 저장된 정보를 삭제하는 방법

앱에서 삭제하기 (바로 처리)

앱을 실행합니다.
타이틀 화면의 설정을 누릅니다.
계정 삭제를 누르고 삭제를 눌러 확인합니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우

seamnuri0614@naver.com 으로 "Train Run 계정 삭제 요청"과 함께 연동한 Google 계정 이메일 주소를 보내 주세요. 7일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

삭제되는 정보

클라우드에 저장된 게임 진행 (코인, 꾸미기, 기록, 업적, 교육 진행, 출석)
닉네임과 모든 랭킹 기록
로그인 계정 (Google 연동 정보, 사용자 ID)

삭제된 정보는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 따로 보관하는 정보는 없습니다. 휴대전화 안에 저장된 진행은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

How to delete your account and stored data

Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the app.
Tap Settings on the title screen.
Tap Delete account, then tap Delete to confirm.

If you cannot use the app

Email seamnuri0614@naver.com with "Train Run account deletion request" and the Google email address you linked. We will process it within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Game progress saved to the cloud (coins, cosmetics, records, achievements, training progress, check-ins)
Your nickname and all leaderboard records
Your sign-in account (Google link and user ID)

Deleted data cannot be recovered, and nothing is kept separately. Progress stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
